Located within the Hamad Medical City Campus in Doha, the Women’s Wellness & Research Center is one of the most advanced healthcare facilities operated by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). As part of the Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City, it plays a central role in advancing women’s healthcare and medical research in Qatar.

The hospital spans 76,500 sqm over nine storeys, originally designed as a children’s hospital and later redesigned in 2012 to serve as a dedicated women’s hospital. It features 190 single-patient rooms, 60 bassinets, and specialized departments for maternity, outpatient, and emergency care, supported by advanced operating theatres and recovery suites.

Developed from schematic designs by STANTEC and approved by HMC, the center integrates innovation, care, and research to deliver exceptional healthcare for women and newborns.
