The Al Noor Hospital Extension in Abu Dhabi involved an eight-level, 47,000 sqm expansion to one of the city’s existing Al Noor Hospitals. The project added 129 new beds, expanded medical departments, and introduced a new oncology center, along with two basement levels and additional support facilities.

The new wing is connected to the existing Women and Children’s Hospital via bridges at the ground and first floors, creating a unified and fully integrated healthcare complex.

The expansion incorporated enhanced Royal Suites and public areas, reflecting a strong focus on patient experience and hospitality standards. The project achieved over $5 million in cost savings through design optimization and effective coordination between stakeholders.
