The Aspire Zone Phase 2 Masterplan expanded Doha’s renowned sports and recreation complex, covering 250 hectares with new athletic, leisure, and education facilities. The development introduced the Aspire Academy Expansion, Aspire Park Mall, botanical gardens, and a Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Polishing Plant to enhance sustainability and resource efficiency.

The masterplan included detailed infrastructure, environmental, and traffic studies, supporting a long-term vision for integrated sport, entertainment, and community wellbeing. The TSE Plant, completed in 2017, processes up to 33,000 m³/day, significantly reducing potable water demand for irrigation and cooling.
