The Capital Markets Authority Headquarters is a LEED Silver 46-storey tower that establishes a dynamic new landmark within Kuwait City. The design integrates sustainability, functionality, and modern aesthetics to create a distinguished corporate environment that reflects the progressive vision of Kuwait’s financial sector.

The base of the tower features a VIP ceremonial entrance surrounded by lush greenery and a water feature, designed to create a welcoming and prestigious arrival experience. Materials for the hardscape and façade were carefully selected to complement the architectural form, ensuring a consistent and well-coordinated appearance. The natural tones and materials soften the building’s mass, while planting species are locally adaptive and low-water consuming, supporting sustainable design principles. The internal planting was selected in coordination with interior design to enhance the ambiance and strengthen the connection between the outdoor landscape and interior spaces.
