La Mer South development consists of 3 no. beach clubs, 10no. F&B units and beach front amenities.

This modern beach club development features a comprehensive array of amenities designed to offer a luxurious and seamless visitor experience. The beach clubs and F&B areas were developed as shell & core units. The proposed beach clubs and F&B units are interconnected through the green shaded walkways on the front and the beach to the rear.  

The project features a series of beachfront amenities including landscaped terraces, floating pontoons and lights, shaded green walkways, and extensive landscaping enhanced by a Special Police Station and prayer facilities. Two valet lounges, a G+3 car park, and dedicated drop-off and service buildings ensure a seamless visitor experience.

The scope includes three signature beach clubs including  Almayass By The Sea, Baoli, and Gigi Rigolatto — alongside ten F&B outlets and additional beachfront leisure facilities designed to elevate the destination’s coastal experience.
