A vertical city with no vehicles, THE LINE stands out to other developments globally with respect to scale and complexity this requiring the use of highly experienced and capable consultants to deliver the NEOM’s vision.

NEOM THE LINE is  NEOM’s main urban project. A sophisticated and cognitive city that will be the primary home for residents of the region.

THE LINE connects multiple communities and districts of along a shared infrastructure and transit spine (referred to as “the Spine”). This strategy accommodates a total population of 3-6+ million people in walkable, active urban centers that reflect a new vision and approach to city-making and vertical urbanism.

Centered around local and regional transit hubs, each urban center or “module” within the Line is designed such that day-to-day activities, recreational amenities, access to nature, and connections to transportation are reachable within a 5-minute walk from anywhere within the community.
