Positioned at the western edge of Saadiyat Island, the Cultural District Public Realm forms the backdrop to Abu Dhabi’s most renowned cultural icons—including the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The project is a testament to how infrastructure, design, and placemaking intersect to support global tourism and local community engagement.

Spanning 2.43 square kilometers, the Saadiyat Cultural District Public Realm was delivered across three major design and construction stages. The scope encompassed a cohesive system of streetscapes, parks, plazas, and open public spaces designed to elevate user experience around museums, cultural facilities, and visitor amenities.

The district integrates movement corridors with beautifully landscaped zones that reflect the architectural language of the Louvre Museum while reinforcing a walkable and immersive environment.
